#10-2017 My Paris

Eventhough this blog is not a city guide, I often come by some great places or spots I really want to share with you.  I try to do so regularly enabling those lucky guys going to Paris to have an updated list of hot spots. These are the ones I would advice not to miss out on at the moment:

The marketplace of craftmanship. Not only this concept store is located in one of the nicest areas of Paris, it also is a great place to get inspired by wandering through the 3 floors full of art and design made by artists from all over France. You can have a nice coffee in this small restaurant as well. Or you can cross the street and have lunch at the Marché des Enfants Rouges.

I actually discovered this museum quite late, even though it’s located just around the corner of my home. The mise en scène is absolutely  stunning, a real treat for the eye as well. And since we are talking about a treat, don’t forget to have a drink at the Bristol Hotel, in the beautiful bar or, if weather allows, the garden.

Hotel Crillon

I love so much the habit of the Parisians to meet at hotels for nearly anything but sleep. A tradition I have adopted without any difficulty. You will thus read posts about hotels I like more often. Let’s start with a ‘basic” of the Parisian hotel must-go’s. Don’t be scared to push the door  (which will most probably will be done for you) and plunge into absolute French luxury while entering the fully renovated Crillon Place de la Concorde.
